All submissions must be written in English. American and British English are both acceptable; please use one consistently. Your work should fit the conference Themes & Topics. We encourage authors to use editing tools or services to check grammar and academic style, within the limits of the Generative AI Author Policy below.

Use of Generative AI
For manuscript writing, generative AI may be used only to improve the language and readability of your own text. If you use it, you must disclose the tool, what it was used for and that the authors checked the output. Authors remain fully responsible for the content.
Basic checks of spelling, grammar, punctuation or reference formatting do not need to be disclosed.
Abstract-only submissions: use the separate AI-use declaration in the submission form. It does not count towards your abstract word limit.
Full papers: complete the form declaration and include the same statement in your paper immediately before the References.
AI used in your research: describe it in your methodology. For an abstract-only submission, describe it in the abstract's methods wording.
Revised or later material follows the same policy. Use the update instructions in your confirmation email.
