For accepted authors presenting live online.

For participants who attend in Oxford without presenting a paper.

Abstract submission is free.
Group discount: Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
Tax: Applicable taxes are included in the fees.

Student status is checked with a valid student ID at check-in. Co-authors who do not attend are not registered and pay nothing.

Instant confirmationVisa, Mastercard, American Express, or your PayPal account. Your place is confirmed immediately once payment goes through — the safer option close to a deadline.
Bank Transfer
3–5 business daysUpload your payment receipt during registration. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear and be matched to your registration, and any bank charges are borne by the participant. Use the account that matches the country your bank is in.
Within the UK
Domestic transfer from a UK bank account.
Outside the UK
International transfer from a bank outside the UK.

Registration Questions
Yes. Use Request a Pro Forma Invoice and provide your institution's billing details, the attendee names and the registration required. After your institution pays, complete this registration form and upload the transfer receipt.
Yes. Choose Someone else in section 01. One registration can cover one presenter with co-authors attending, or one listener with additional listeners. Independent presenters, virtual presenters and mixed groups each need a separate registration.
Only co-authors who attend in person, at the co-author fee. Co-authors who do not attend pay nothing. Additional listeners pay the listener fee.
Session access, certificates, access to the Abstract Book and proceedings, and networking. In-person attendees also receive a conference bag, lunch, coffee breaks and a free guided tour of Oxford. Accommodation and travel are not included.
All registered participants receive a certificate of participation, and presenters also receive a certificate of presentation. Certificates are issued to each attendee in their own name and sent by email.
Yes. Provide accurate billing details before paying, and contact us if you need an invoice for your records.
Our team matches transfers within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is matched.
No. All registrations must be paid in advance.

The programme is prepared from accepted and registered presentations. Registered participants will receive it by email when it is ready.
