Publication

The conference offers three publication routes, each with its own conditions: the Abstract Book, the conference proceedings and journal opportunities.

ISBN Abstract Book · Proceedings with ISSN & DOI
Double-blind peer review · iThenticate screened

Four Levels of Publication

Level 1 — Abstract Book with ISBN

All abstracts that are accepted and registered are published in the conference Abstract Book, which carries an ISBN. You can publish an abstract only; a full paper is not required for this route.

Level 2 — Conference Proceedings with ISSN and DOI

Full papers are published in the conference proceedings, which carry an ISSN. Each published paper receives a DOI and is discoverable through Google Scholar.

Conditions:

The related abstract has been accepted and registered.

The full paper follows the Author Guidelines.

The full paper passes double-blind peer review.

Level 3 — Journal Opportunities

Selected full papers may be considered for publication opportunities in Scopus-indexed journals; final acceptance depends on paper quality and the decision of journal editors. Journals make their own editorial decisions under their own review processes.

Level 4 — Monograph / Academic Book Opportunity

The opportunity to develop suitable research into a monograph or academic book

Peer review of submitted manuscripts

ISBN and DOI assignment for accepted books

The opportunity to explore the research in greater depth

Benefits for your academic profile, audience reach and publication record

This route is subject to editorial assessment and available capacity. Expressing interest does not guarantee publication, and final decisions follow peer review and rest with the publisher.

Peer Review and Editorial Process

Abstracts and full papers are assessed through double-blind peer review under the oversight of the Scientific Committee. Reviewers consider relevance, originality, methodological quality and clarity. Authors may be asked to revise their work before a final decision; revised material must be sent using the update link in the reviewer's email and by the deadline it states.

Publication Ethics

Generative AI Author Policy

Every submission is screened for similarity using iThenticate, part of Crossref Similarity Check (opens in a new tab). Similarity screening supports editorial judgement; it is not a verdict on whether AI was used.

Authors confirm that their work is original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.

Generative AI may be used in manuscript writing only to improve the language and readability of the authors' own text, with disclosure. AI used in the research itself is described in the methodology. Applicable AI declarations are kept with the editorial record and accompany the published work where required.

Indexing and Visibility

Each paper in the proceedings is registered with a Crossref DOI. The proceedings are submitted to services such as Google Scholar and DOAJ; inclusion is decided by each service.
